Honey Glazed Chic Salad

Had Honey Glazed Chicken Salad with my family for dinner on Saturday evening and it's the second time me and mom prepared that for a meal. Most of you might think that salads are only for those on diet cause it won't keep one full for long... But you're wrong! With one whole chicken, lotsa veggie, cheese and egg, it's enough to feed 5 people. (My 3rd youngest cousin dropped by that's why)

 Went to Cold Storage to get ready peeled and washed Caesar Salad veggies that came with dressing and croutons. We got sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes too!

 And most importantly, the honey glazed chicken! This is one reason why I love cold storage. They have so much more variety compared to NTUC... Well even though they're a little pricier. 

But anyway you can choose between honey glazed or black pepper :)

 Boiled 4 eggs and sliced them with Ikea's egg slicer. The person who invented the egg slicer is indeed a genius because it's so quick and easy to slice, and the egg slices look so neat!!

^ This is my first serving: honey chicken drumlet, veggie, cherry tomatoes, cheese strips, egg slices and bacon bits accompanied with French salad dressing. 

Think I had 1 or 2 more servings after that. It's so yummy and healthy!☺

Oh and guess what I spotted at Cold Storage?

Spongebob Squarepants gummies!!!!

Even though it's just the packaging, but still, it's sucha joy to eat out of pretty packets.

And the gummies tasted awesome too.

Okay, gotta bounce.

Tons of work to finish but 4 more weeks to
