Brownie Muffins

 So Yihui & I decided to bake muffins on Tuesday... But we were such lazy people that we just went ahead with the instant brownie mix. Was in the mood for something chewy & chocolatey so got brownie instead of blueberry or choc chip muffin mix. 

You just gotta add in to the mix:
1/4 cup vege oil (we used olive instead, v. healthy)
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 packet hershey chocolate syrup (provided inside)


My lazy friend pretending to be hard at work hahahahaha
Just pop it into the oven and poof! Little brownie muffin cups for everyone ☺☺☺
Wanted to decorate by puting icing sugar but our dear friend lazy to accompany me down to buy and also said that it's very gross putting Horlicks powder on it~~~ But anyway they were yummy & chewy just that for people who don't like sweet stuff, definitely not your thing.

Only worked for 1 day this week and because it's only a few hours, the pay is meager :( 
Photoshoots kept canceling so Cous & I are only working again on Monday, HOPEFULLY!!!
Actually I think i'm going insane (ok not that i'm not, but not too much yet). I kept wanting to save money that I resorted to skipping meals but the truth is I don't know what exactly am I saving for cause there're so many things I wanna do and get!

1. L.A Trip
 a bit far-fetched for now though but I desperately wanna go there ☹
well if anyone would just sponsor me to ANY place that's out of SG (which is nice/interesting of course) I really don't mind!
2. Revamp my room 
actually just hanging up pictures/polaroids but I gotta get the materials
3. Get iPhone 5
the thing is it isn't even out yet so I might just settle for 4. i don't know if I should wait till the end of the year though
4. I wanna bake more
ingredients = money
5. Online shopping
spotted so many pretty clothes online and i wanna patronize shopping malls too!

LOL see, I'm that eager and excited that I'm using (!!!) and sounding like a bimbo.
But that's alright because one of my mottos is "To quit school & be a (ahem, rich) bimbo for life"

Hi guys!!!!! AS PROMISED, HERE'S A FOOD POST TO MAKE YOU HUNGRY. The bestie and I went to a cafe for tea followed by a scrumptious dinner back in July... And here are the photos and details. YAHAVA KOFFEEWORKS Since we were gonna have a pretty full dinner, E and I shared a cuppa latte and scone. I like how they serve their coffee in a ceramic cup with a colourful rubber holder. Different from those cups with a handle. The coffee was rich and well blended. Don't mind the ruined top of the rosetta latte art, accidentally scraped it. It was perf when it came!!! Raisin scone served with jam and butter, just the way I like it. It was good just that it would be better if it were to be a little more moist! E shooting me shooting her with a brand new camera TEEHEE. Because of the insanely hot weather, we then took a cab to Turf City!!!!! Obviously we had to walk around Pasarbella Farmer's Market since we were there. My fav shop in PFM :') ...
