Katong Laksa + Pancakes

Went to Joo Chiat Road to try the legendary Laksa last Wednesday :)

I was glad that it tasted even better than the Laksa from Yishun. The noodles were cut into shorter strands so that we only have to use a spoon to consume it. The otah was tasty too! It was rather pricey though. The smallest bowl costed $4 x:(

2 pancakes + crusts + strawberries + strawberry sauce + strawberry ice-cream + cream cheese
 The combination is so good!!!! Especially when I love strawberries and cream cheese. Also, something about the digestive biscuit crusts made it addictive. The portion was quite big so Elsa and I shared a plate :)

2 pancakes + oat + strawberry sauce + blueberries + berries parfait

Blueberries were mixed into the pancake batter, yummm. Other than that, it didn't taste as good as the strawberry platter.

The day of good food and company were worth the travel :)

Hi guys!!!!! AS PROMISED, HERE'S A FOOD POST TO MAKE YOU HUNGRY. The bestie and I went to a cafe for tea followed by a scrumptious dinner back in July... And here are the photos and details. YAHAVA KOFFEEWORKS Since we were gonna have a pretty full dinner, E and I shared a cuppa latte and scone. I like how they serve their coffee in a ceramic cup with a colourful rubber holder. Different from those cups with a handle. The coffee was rich and well blended. Don't mind the ruined top of the rosetta latte art, accidentally scraped it. It was perf when it came!!! Raisin scone served with jam and butter, just the way I like it. It was good just that it would be better if it were to be a little more moist! E shooting me shooting her with a brand new camera TEEHEE. Because of the insanely hot weather, we then took a cab to Turf City!!!!! Obviously we had to walk around Pasarbella Farmer's Market since we were there. My fav shop in PFM :') ...
