Temporary Bliss

School's out and I'm back!!!!!!!

I have so many things to share and talk about.... I still can't believe that two and a half years of academic life in poly is out!!!

Okay but I know, first things first, the long overdue pictures. Of food.

Caesar Salad - Bacon strips, Croutons, Lettuce, Cheese, Raw egg

Is it weird that I like eating eggs whichever way they're cooked, even raw? I like dipping beef or pork into a bowl of raw egg. Shabu shabu style!

Rice Cake Gratin

 Mentioned in the previous Watami post, rice cake gratin is the best!!

Fish roe, Potato and Corn Pizza

^ This baby is awesome!!!!!

I like that the crust is extremely thin because thicker dough makes me full quickly.

The mayonnaise and corn give the pizza a tinge of sweetness whereas the roe and potato gives a little salty taste. (Y)

Chocolate Brownie + Choc Sauce + Vanilla Gelato

It didn't have the texture brownies normally have, tasted more like chocolate cake. Kind of average :(

Guess what we did for FYP's production?
We needed some cardboard boxes.....

So Kelly and I went to Artfriend to ask for some since the ones on the shelves were pretty expensive.  We end up lugging a huge box of cardboard boxes from Takashimaya to Somerset 313 then into the train and to Marina Square.

The things the 5 of us did for our Final Year Project.....

Better be worth it!!! *Cross fingers*
