Brief Encounter

Went for Film & Lit lecture for about an hour late today and we had our reasons.

We being Jed and I. It's always Jed and I nowadays, especially when we're in school.

We're like a duo, a tag team, and the best partners in crime.

"You and Jed damn funny" is something I've been hearing quite a bit this semester and it's a nice feeling. All the way back since 2012 during internship, we've been in sync ever since. Hahaha.

I'll really miss the crazy days after this semester is over... As it becomes a habit, a routine, a norm after you've been hanging with this person on a daily basis.

Ok anyway... (sorry I digressed) we had to get props for a production going on, lug them back to the dorm and get coffee to stay sane. Plus the first 2 hours of lecture today was for a movie screening. It's called Brief Encounter.

Even though I only managed to catch the remaining hour of it, I kinda enjoyed it.

Even though some of the lines were really cheesy IMO.

One of the lines that resonated with me the most: 

"I had no thoughts at all, only an overwhelming desire not to feel anything ever again."

Because I always feel that way. Sometimes I feel too much for something or someone or a situation or an event that I get suffocated. I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I need to move constantly. Distractions. Adventures. Wandering. Going wild. Wander. The. Wild. Lol.

Hahahahaha O K I see no point in continuing with this I apologise for wasting your time.

It's just that this week's gonna be a hectic week and I needed to relieve myself.

Whatever I said about the previous weeks being hectic, all lies, because if this week is gonna be hectic, the past few cannot compare.

So happy to have met my bff yesterday too :)
