♡ Windowsill Pies ♡

Hello!!! It's almost the end of recess week, well... it already is tomorrow.
So I thought I should end it with a food post, or 2 :)

Went to Windowsill Pies In The Woods with J 1 or 2 months back I can't remember.
But I remember diggin' the pies even though we only tasted 3. 2 of us, 3 slices of pie and 1 pot of tea.
(L-R) Strawberry Lemon, Banana Almond Brittle, S'mores

Well my favourite would definitely be the Banana Almond Brittle as I LOVE caramel and they have caramel chunks in them. I love the taste of banana that pastries incorporate too :)
The s'mores was a tad too sweet for me cuz chocolate + marshmallows.... But the graham cookie was yum. My second fav would be the Strawberry Lemon. Did not manage to taste that much of the strawberries as the taste of lemon overpowered everything. Might be a little too sour for some, but for me it was A O-K. :)
The tea helped to balance the sweetness from the pies.
HAHA 3 slices were obviously too much for 2 people to finish and J doesn't like wasting food...
So SWEETNESS OVERLOAD.

Would love to go back to try the other pies especially the peppermint one!!

Hi guys!!!!! AS PROMISED, HERE'S A FOOD POST TO MAKE YOU HUNGRY. The bestie and I went to a cafe for tea followed by a scrumptious dinner back in July... And here are the photos and details. YAHAVA KOFFEEWORKS Since we were gonna have a pretty full dinner, E and I shared a cuppa latte and scone. I like how they serve their coffee in a ceramic cup with a colourful rubber holder. Different from those cups with a handle. The coffee was rich and well blended. Don't mind the ruined top of the rosetta latte art, accidentally scraped it. It was perf when it came!!! Raisin scone served with jam and butter, just the way I like it. It was good just that it would be better if it were to be a little more moist! E shooting me shooting her with a brand new camera TEEHEE. Because of the insanely hot weather, we then took a cab to Turf City!!!!! Obviously we had to walk around Pasarbella Farmer's Market since we were there. My fav shop in PFM :') ...

so my mind was completely shut off yesterday and i didn't feel like talking to anybody. neither do i feel like today but i guess that won't do and i won't be able to hide from the world forever. i am weird and i know that. i think i suffer from Anthropophobia. go search the dictionary. quoted from Edmunds' facebook, i think i'm an "introverted extrovert". and i've decided not to keep up with the 30-day challenge of Justin Bieber because i've been enlightened. i find no point in doing so cause its not as if he'll see it. and i've never even met him in person before and it'll be almost impossible to complete answering it. i'm starting to doubt myself even. maybe i should stop being sucha Justin Bieber fanatic because so many girls are going gaga over him and that irks me. maybe what Hana said was right, i should listen to more intellectual and inspirational songs.
