Perth 2014: Day 5

HIIIII GUIIIIIISE!!!
Finally a Sunday free from work. Spent the day after church with my bfffl Evan doing something for the very first time. We actually had our own booth at a flea market and sold our clothes!!!
Despite it being our first time, it was quite successful. *pats both our backs*
Thank God for that and also all our customers!! Most of them were really friendly and funny LOL.

So anyway I'll elaborate more on the flea if ya'll are interested cuz that's not the reason why I'm here.
I'm here to talk about my last day in Perth *sobs a nile river* :'''''(
ENJOY CUZ IT'S THE LAST
(but definitely not he least cuz I promised myself that I will never stop traveling)

Since it was our last day in Perth, Derek and I got up early to head out to get coffee.
Actually I was still snoring away and it was the only day that D had to wake me up. Hahaha.
Washed up and walked down the street to get food!!! :') Boy do I miss strolling in the cold.
We stopped by TASTYexpress to get a cuppa latte and Derek got a panini, which was the best sandwich we've ever tasted in our entire life.
I love how cosy the cafe is.
With huge pictures mounted on the wall.
I saw another cafe selling homemade shortbread and was tempted to buy one cuz it was shaped into an Angel. And when I saw it again in this cafe I had to get it. Didn't regret and even wanted to get 10 more in my stomach pronto. SO GOOD!!!! I love shortbread.
Wall art we passed by while walking back.
Breakfast that Aunt so patiently whipped up :')
THE HEAVENLY BACON PANINI.
Bacon and I, we're fated.
^ This is how the room looks like, if you were wondering.
^ And this is the smaller room next door. Pardon Blondo cuz he just got up from his sleep HAHAHA.
(Omg don't kill me)
And this chill-out place situated in front of the rooms next to the stairs, happened to be where I slept for the past 4 nights. See that sofa bed? Yeah that's mine and I've grown pretty attached to it. Slept soundly even cuz I put the heater right next to my legs at night ;)
Just me taking an ootd shot. Looking displeased cuz I WAS DISPLEASED ABOUT LEAVING.
Hahaha kidding. Better to look up than to pretend to look for something on the floor right, D?

We went to Fremantle again cuz I wanted to do some last minute shopping there, and since it was close to the Fishing Harbour :)
There're bumper cars inside TIMEZONE... Sgp's timezone needs to step up their game literally.

FISHING HARBOUR
^ Sassy seagull standing on one leg. Not sure if crippled or just being sassy.
Whatever the case, love U still.
Quite a few seafood restaurants there but CICERELLO'S, I CHOOSE YOU.
FISH AND CHIPS YAAAASSSSS!
Dan wanted to feed the fishes so he went to get em' food. Ended up causing chaos among the seagulls and we had to run for our lives, lest they shit on us.
CHILI MUSSELS WHICH WERE PRETTY DARN GOOD.
Not sure why but a few tasted like shit, literally. Ok we haven't tasted shit before duh, but they smelt like it. Even Derek agreed. Other than the few the rest were great.
Some special fish and chips... Not a fish specialist so didn't seem special to me.
Sorry to interrupt but did you get the unintended pun?
FISH N CHIPS I LOVE IT BEST FISH N CHIPS I'VE TASTED IN MY LIFE.
What's this boy trying to do, Idk. Don't ask.
SHE WAS A SK8ER GURL,
HE SAID SEE YA L8R GURL,
SHE WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM.

Haha ha. .. . ha.
Not sorry for my embarrassment.
Lyrics to an Avril Lavigne's song if you don't get it then...
We saw an opportunity for cool pix by the railway and we took it, obviously.
PLANKING ON THE RAILWAY.
Totes up the level in planking game.
Went to get ice-cream from Baskin Robbins after lunch.
Passed by quite a number of BR in Perth. LOVE THEIR ICE-CREAM.
I had the gold medal ribbon ice-cream yummerz.

Went to snap pix along some river/sea, headed to the casino and then off to the airport to catch our flight home. I had a smoked salmon bagel which was yummy as usual cuz we didn't get food for our flight back. Just givin' a heads up, Scoot doesn't allow outside food on board.
SIGH.

So anyway... This marks the end of our short and fruitful trip to Perth :'D
As you can tell I enjoyed myself very much and had sufficient rest and relaxation time.
Super thankful that cousin's family asked me along on the trip + thank you Mom & Dad for giving me some shopping money!! :)
Lastly, thanks Derek and Blondo for being the brothers I never had ;)

Ta,
A xx
