Seoul 2014: Day 3

!!! I'M BACK TO BLOG !!!

So people ask me where're the rest of my Korea posts?! 

Well unlike Kim K... I look like a stick and have a job. I've been busy working and catching a breather in between. And also I've just gotten back from Perth last night :) 

I LOVE OZ SO MUCH OMG I COULD FEEL MY HEART CRY WHEN DEPARTING.

I was just groaning and complaining to my cousins from the moment we departed to the moment we arrived and today I'm still complaining to everyone that I don't wanna be back. It's so peaceful, cold and quiet in Perth. People are nice. Pace is slow. Sleep is good.

I felt a surge of anxiety when I came back. I felt unwell and almost fainted when I touched down last night. My heart body mind and soul is rejecting this environment I feel stressed :::::((((((((

HERE GOES

So on Day 3 we went to Ewha Womans University + Hongdae, Hongik University!

We took the subway of cuz. Just a few stops away.

Saw this shop down the street next to the porridge place we were gonna have bfast at.

So interesting and wizzardy!!!

YUMMY JUK FOR BREAKFAST.

Mom's multi grain porridge. So tasty should've gotten this. Accompanied with kimchi, some shredded preserved beef, chilli, sweet winter melon soup and plum juice.

The beef and chilli complimented the porridge so well omigod I can have them for every meal.

And...the plum juice is super refreshing.

Pumpkin porridge... which tasted more like pumpkin paste dessert?

WHERE ARE THE GRAINS :( We were discussing whether they blended the grains together with the pumpkin. I like pumpkin, I like desserts, but not for a main meal.

I kept spamming chilli and beef with my pumpkin porridge.

Easyway milktea was just next to the shop so of cuz I had to get one taro milk!!! :')

Tried some croquette yummmerz.

Over to HONGDAE!

STYLE NANDA FLAGSHIP STORE!!!!

Wanted to have a look at their clothes and get some 3CE cosmetics.

Well luckily for us they opened one in SGP and MIYOC is carrying some of their cosmetics.

One of the SN's models (SOO AH) was in the middle of a shoot omg look at her...

I think she's perfect.

*inserts emoji with heart eyes*

KOREAN BBQ YAAAASSS.

The bbq was amazinggg :') Wrap a little rice, kimchi, mushroom, and a slice of beef with lettuce. Then top it up with some chilli and eat em' whole.

PARTY IN YO MOUTH!!!

I want more please.

I really like Hongdae because they have buskers performing along the shopping streets and everyone will just gather around, sing along and cheer for them. The atmosphere is totes different from Sgp don't you think?

Another performer!!! Great voice and guitar skills mate.

Up the hill to Hello Kitty Cafe :)

Everything is pink omigod it's pink haven!!! Bet E + M will love this.

Seriously... This is too gay. A HK bathroom?! Hahaha literally a hello kitty museum.

I have to admit the cafe is pretty well decorated and it's cute. But too much pink for me!

Exploring the streets of Hongdae.

^Super cute pastry shop.

Ghetto playground.

Such art, much impressed.

Hongik University held a dance competition (I think) just outside their univ along the streets of Hongdae!!! Great entertainment and crowd IMO. Plus the performers are really talented. Tall, slim, charming boys... I mean what more can I ask for, right?

^ This particular group was wearing skirts and danced to a female kpop band's song.

Kudos to them for their guts. And THEY ARE SO PRETTY.

Let's be real, most of the boys there are prettier than the girls. *hearts*

If only, if only, I could study over here for a semester.

But as quoted from Mom, my intentions are wrong. Hahaha.

Got a strawberry bread back to the hotel for supper :')
So delish. I love anything with strawbies and custard/whipped cream.

Gonna snap myself back to reality cuz it's back to scooping popcorn tomorrow.
