Birthday 2.0 Part 2

Another surprise from my favourite sec school girls today!!!
Was only supposed to meet Mela for lunch then Annice for dinner at night but guess what?!
Mel brought me to Antoinette and there the rest were, sitting there like they own the place.
I even asked Mel why don't we ask the waitress to take us to our table cause it's rude to barge in like that and she just went like 'Ahya just come in la'. 
And when I saw the girls I was like 'Omg you crazy people!!!'

It was a surprise in a surprise for Mela cause she wanted to surprise me and the rest also included her in the plan :) It's really nice to celebrate your birthday together with a close friend who's birthday is just one day later. Both of us got flowers, sunflower for me and daisies for Mela!
 We ordered: Salted caramelized french toasts, Carbonara gnocchi, Nordic savoury crepe and Big breakfast! Decided to share the 4 dishes amongst the 5 of us and boy was it a good decision because we were all full! Mad love all the food am definitely going back to try the rest argh!!
 We even ordered 2 pots of tea: Caramelized tea + French apple tart!
I prefer the caramel one because it has more flavour. I like sweet teas :)


 Finished our food and the cake came!!! : )
My all-time fav strawberry shortcake and I'm so glad I got to try Antoinette's.

This is the first in a really long time that I got a surprise from my sec school friends and I'm really happy :D Thank you thank you thank you Mela, Evan, Shihui and Annice. I love you all!

 Bumped into Jiahui, my sec school Amath tuition partner at Ion!! ^_^
Ended the day with soy green tea latte at Starbucks with Annice and 925's laksa after that!
Full and happy yet again.

Thankful that someone's turning 20 with me at the same time so that I don't have to feel old alone :)
Eeeeks in just 2 hours' time.... I wish I could just skip tomorrow and jump straight to 21st.
I still want to be 19 and a teenager!!!
I want to go crazy and fangirl over 1D and watch spongebob squarepants while noming on lucky charms marshmallow cereal. I want to dance around and sing loudly in the house like I'm performing a soap opera. Turning into an adult just seems like I'm not allowed to behave like that anymore. It's like when I say 'wheee' or  'woohoo' or squeal or laugh really loudly people will stare at me. But what's the problem? Shouldn't we be allowed to express our happiness in a way that we're most comfortable with?
But y'know what. Am still gonna be how I am all along.
I've decided that I'm not gonna care and I will still continue watching spongebob with my littlest cousins. 

OK!

Am gonna continue skyping with Mela and watch The Simpsons. HA!

Hi guys!!!!! AS PROMISED, HERE'S A FOOD POST TO MAKE YOU HUNGRY. The bestie and I went to a cafe for tea followed by a scrumptious dinner back in July... And here are the photos and details. YAHAVA KOFFEEWORKS Since we were gonna have a pretty full dinner, E and I shared a cuppa latte and scone. I like how they serve their coffee in a ceramic cup with a colourful rubber holder. Different from those cups with a handle. The coffee was rich and well blended. Don't mind the ruined top of the rosetta latte art, accidentally scraped it. It was perf when it came!!! Raisin scone served with jam and butter, just the way I like it. It was good just that it would be better if it were to be a little more moist! E shooting me shooting her with a brand new camera TEEHEE. Because of the insanely hot weather, we then took a cab to Turf City!!!!! Obviously we had to walk around Pasarbella Farmer's Market since we were there. My fav shop in PFM :') ...

so my mind was completely shut off yesterday and i didn't feel like talking to anybody. neither do i feel like today but i guess that won't do and i won't be able to hide from the world forever. i am weird and i know that. i think i suffer from Anthropophobia. go search the dictionary. quoted from Edmunds' facebook, i think i'm an "introverted extrovert". and i've decided not to keep up with the 30-day challenge of Justin Bieber because i've been enlightened. i find no point in doing so cause its not as if he'll see it. and i've never even met him in person before and it'll be almost impossible to complete answering it. i'm starting to doubt myself even. maybe i should stop being sucha Justin Bieber fanatic because so many girls are going gaga over him and that irks me. maybe what Hana said was right, i should listen to more intellectual and inspirational songs.
